This sprawling Manalapan Oceanfront Estate came a long way from dated Moorish castle to become a calming modern organic retreat. Boasting almost 30k of sq ft, this massive renovation includes a full overhaul both inside and out, to include a new separate guest house and new ocean-front infinity pool to soak up all the ocean views.

Modern, warm, organic was the directive- so, we layered natural textures and materials with sleek architectural details and just a pinch of black. The end result is more that we could have hoped for!
